Our logistics model is built on transparency: buyers always know when their order is being processed, when it has been dispatched, and where it is in transit. We do not surprise our buyers with hidden freight charges, delayed dispatch notifications, or unexplained delivery failures. Every element of our shipping and delivery process is documented, communicated, and managed professionally.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Lead Times
Order processing begins immediately upon receipt of the confirmed purchase order and the required advance payment or deposit. Lead times are clearly communicated in every quotation and sales confirmation, and vary based on product type and order nature:
• Standard Stocked Items (Ziloo, Dufizo, Ziphoria ready stock): Dispatch within 7 to 14 business days
• Semi-Stocked or Production Items (Nuvinor, Yukon Youmeet, Orooba): Dispatch within 14 to 21 business days
• Custom Orders (private label, custom colour, bespoke design): 3 to 6 weeks from design confirmation and deposit receipt
• Export Orders: Standard lead times plus 3 to 7 additional business days for documentation preparation and port handling Rush processing may be available for an additional charge, subject to current production capacity at the time of inquiry.

2. Packaging Standards
All products dispatched by BagsPurseWorld.in are packed to minimise transit damage and ensure goods arrive in retail-ready condition. Bags are individually poly-bagged with tissue stuffing where applicable, then packed into master cartons with inner corrugated separation for structural support. Each carton is clearly labelled with SKU information, batch identifiers, order number, and destination details. For export shipments, packaging meets ISPM 15 and applicable international freight standards.
For delicate products — particularly Orooba's embroidered potli bags and Nuvinor's premium leather pieces — additional internal padding, anti-scratch layers, and protective tissue wrapping are applied. Leather items are treated with conditioning agent before packing to prevent drying during extended transit.

3. Domestic Shipping
For domestic buyers across India, BagsPurseWorld.in ships via established national courier networks and surface freight carriers, selected based on order weight, destination, and delivery urgency. Tracking references are shared with buyers via email upon carrier handover. Our domestic logistics team actively monitors all shipments and proactively communicates with buyers and carriers in the event of delays or route disruptions.
Freight charges for domestic shipments are calculated based on consignment weight, volumetric dimensions, and destination, and are clearly stated in the quotation. Buyers may arrange their own carrier for collection from our dispatch point, in which case risk transfers upon carrier collection.

4. Export Shipping
For international shipments, BagsPurseWorld.in coordinates with freight forwarders for both sea-freight (FCL and LCL) and air-cargo options, depending on order size, urgency, and destination. Our export documentation team prepares all required paperwork — including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and any destination-specific compliance certificates — ensuring smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
International buyers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local delivery costs unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement is explicitly agreed in the export contract. We provide full guidance and documentation support for all international shipments.

5. Partial Shipments and Split Consignments
For large orders, partial shipments may be dispatched to expedite delivery of available stock while the balance of the order is in production or finishing. Each partial shipment is individually tracked, invoiced, and documented. Buyers receive consolidated delivery documentation upon completion of all shipments within an order. Split consignment arrangements are confirmed in writing before dispatch begins.

6. Transit Damage and Delivery Discrepancies
Suspected transit damage or short-delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence and the carrier's delivery documentation. BagsPurseWorld.in collaborates with the relevant carrier to investigate all transit damage claims and pursues remediation through carrier insurance or direct replacement. We maintain detailed carrier performance records and remove underperforming logistics partners from our network.
